🌟 Case Study: Liberty Group | Nonprofit

Industry: Nonprofit / Community Services

Platform: Wix

Scope: Website redesign, UX strategy, accessibility optimization, donor engagement pathways, mobile responsiveness

Timeline: 4–6 weeks

Results Snapshot

  • ✓ Professional, mission-driven website built to support community impact

  • ✓ Clear communication of programs, values, and organizational mission

  • ✓ Streamlined navigation for easy access to key sections

  • ✓ Improved engagement pathways for volunteers and supporters

  • ✓ Mobile-optimized experience for accessibility and responsiveness

The Challenge

Liberty Group needed a website that clearly reflected their mission of serving communities with dignity, support, and action. The previous site lacked the structure and narrative flow necessary to guide users through:

  • Understanding the organization’s purpose and core programs

  • Learning about volunteer and partnership opportunities

  • Connecting with services or support

  • Donating or engaging with fundraising initiatives

For many nonprofits, the website is a front door for impact — not just information — so the design needed to feel accessible, trustworthy, and action-oriented.

The Strategy

Our strategy focused on mission alignment, intuitive structure, and action encouragement.

Key priorities included:

  • Organizing programs and service information in a logical, digestible hierarchy

  • Using design to reinforce credibility and community-centric values

  • Creating paths that gently guide visitors toward meaningful engagement

  • Ensuring accessibility and readability across devices

Rather than overdesigning, we focused on clarity and purpose-driven storytelling to serve both new visitors and long-time supporters.

The Solution

We designed a custom Wix Studio website tailored to Liberty Group’s mission and audience needs.

What we delivered:

  • Homepage that leads with mission impactA welcoming, clear introduction to Liberty Group’s core purpose and value.

  • Program pages with structured clarityEasy-to-scan sections that explain services, eligibility, and how to get involved.

  • Volunteer + Engagement pathwaysClear calls-to-action for volunteers, partners, and community members.

  • Donor and support pathwaysThoughtfully placed prompts and links to encourage donations and recurring support.

  • Mobile-optimized designEnsured accessibility and a seamless experience for users on any device.

Design decisions were made to balance heart and function — giving each visitor a clear understanding of who Liberty Group serves and how they can join that mission.
